What is this?
This is a women's ministry, designed for the woman who just needs someone she can text. Maybe she has friends in her life but is going through something that she would rather keep private. Or maybe she doesn't have any friends at all (I've been there!) Or maybe she has been wanting to see a therapist, but lacks the means to go see one. Think of this as somewhere in between talking to a friend and going to see a therapist.
How does it work?
After you fill out the questionnaire on the "Connect" page, I will contact you to let you know whether I am able to help you. If I am able to help you, we can begin texting immediately. I will ask a few questions in order to get to know you better, and then you can share as much of your situation as you're comfortable sharing. From there, we will form a texting relationship just like any friends would.
What kind of things can you help with?
I have the most experience in addiction, marriage, and faith, however, I am open to helping in other areas too!
How much does it cost?
There is no cost, however, if you feel led to sow into the ministry, you may do so by clicking the "Give" button.
How fast will you respond?
Response times will vary, however, I will always respond as quickly as I am able to!
Why are you doing this?
First and foremost, I desire to serve my Heavenly Father and bring glory to Him in the best way that I can. I believe He has given me the spiritual gift of exhortation, and intends for me to use it to serve and uplift others. I also feel it would be a shame if I didn't share the wisdom I've gained through every trial and tribulation over the years.
